DOA/ELF PROCESS 1.Check Item for the following defects: Physical Neglect. Full sales package must be present otherwise the manufacturer may reject the item. Imei Number behind the battery MUST match Imei on the package and Imei on the proof of purchase. 2.Fill out the RA form at the bottom of this page 3.Return will be approved or declined within 12 Hours you will be informed a specific RA# that you must quote on box when you send to Deluxe Comm 4. Deluxe Comm will return to manufacturer and await there approval usually takes 14 days. 5. You will be informed as soon as the return has been approved or denied by the manufacturer and a credit will be placed on your account or a new product sent to you.
